The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

The shipping costs are displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Shipping costs outside Europe:

Goods value between: 1€ to 100€ = 9,95€

Goods value between: 101€ to 400€ = 24,95€

Goods value between: 401€ and more = 34,95€

Express shipping within Germany (no delivery on Sundays and public holidays!):

Within Germany: 39,95€

Delivery:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, assembly, quality control and packaging. All orders are handed over to the shipping service provider after verification, within 24 hours of placing the order and receiving the payment.

Shipping time: This refers to the time required to ship items from our warehouse to the destination.

National shipping usually takes 2-4 working days.

International shipping usually takes about 7-12 business days.

Returns:

Returns are generally free of charge.

After the cancellation, you will receive a DHL return label to return the item free of charge.

Payment:

Payment can be made via various payment services:

Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and more..

If you choose to pay in advance (bank transfer), we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Retention of title:

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
